These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CinDVD online store operated by DMCSHOP5000 ("we", "us", "our") at https://cindvd.com (the "Site"). By browsing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products
We sell brand-new physical media (DVD, Blu-ray, CD, and related items) for personal use. Product titles, images, and descriptions are provided for identification. Packaging and pressing may vary by edition or region. Most of our discs are Korean releases. All DVD products sold on CinDVD are Region 0 (Region Free), and all Blu-ray products are Region Free; they can be played on players worldwide without region restriction. Language and subtitle information is shown on the product page where available.
3. Pricing & Currency
Prices are shown in USD unless another currency is selected. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout when you place the order. Taxes and shipping fees are shown before payment where applicable.
4. Orders & Payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order due to stock limits, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions. Payment is processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
5. Shipping
Orders ship from South Korea. Processing and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Import duties and taxes:
United States: import duties and taxes are prepaid by us, so no additional import charges should be collected on delivery.
All other countries: import duties, taxes (such as VAT/GST) and customs fees are not included in our prices or shipping cost. They are paid by the recipient according to the customs rules of the destination country (except as stated in our Refund Policy).
In many countries, low-value parcels (often around US$100 or less) may be exempt from import duties, but thresholds and VAT/GST rules vary by country and can change. Please check with your country's customs office for details before ordering.
6. Returns & Refunds
Order cancellations, returns and refunds follow our Refund Policy. You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. Sealed items may be returned for change of mind within 14 days of delivery. Opened (unsealed) discs cannot be returned for change of mind, but if an item is wrong, damaged, defective or not as described, we cover return shipping and offer a replacement or refund whether or not it has been opened. Nothing in these Terms or in our Refund Policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law and EU/UK consumer rights (such as the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales).
7. Intellectual Property
Trademarks, artwork, and film/music content belong to their respective rights holders. Listings are for retail sale of physical goods. You may not scrape or commercially reuse Site content without permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized redistribution.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Please contact support first to resolve disputes in good faith.
