Refund & Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation
You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

2. Returns & Defective Items
We accept returns for defective or damaged items within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- To request a return, please contact customer support at layon@hanmail.net with your order number and photo/video evidence of the defect.

3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened DVD/media products, unless proven defective upon arrival.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.

4. Refund Process
Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
