Shipping Rates

Shipping costs at CinDVD are based on the total weight of your order. We use one shipping method, and the rate is the same for every country we ship to. The exact cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders heavier than 1,500 g: please contact support@cindvd.com before ordering.

Typical example: most single items in our store are listed at 150 g, so shipping one of them usually costs US$8.95. Box sets and multi-item orders weigh more; your cart's total weight decides the rate.

We do not currently offer free shipping or an express shipping option.

Delivery times

Processing: 1–3 business days after payment (excluding Korean public holidays). All orders ship from South Korea.
Delivery: about 7–21 business days after dispatch. Customs procedures in your country may add time.
Tracking: after dispatch, we email you a confirmation with a tracking number.

Customs duties and import taxes

United States: import duties and taxes are prepaid by us, so no additional import charges should be collected on delivery.
All other countries: import duties, taxes (such as VAT/GST) and customs fees are not included in our prices or shipping cost. They are paid by the recipient according to the customs rules of the destination country (except as stated in our Refund Policy).

In many countries, low-value parcels (often around US$100 or less) may be exempt from import duties, but thresholds and VAT/GST rules vary by country and can change. Please check with your country's customs office for details before ordering.
