1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Korean national holidays) after payment confirmation. All orders are shipped from the Republic of Korea.

2. Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery Time
We currently offer one shipping method: Standard International Shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 7–21 business days after dispatch. We do not currently offer an express shipping option.
* Please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination country customs procedures.

3. Shipping Rates
Standard International Shipping is charged by the total weight of your order, starting at US$8.95. The exact rate is calculated and shown at checkout before payment:
- 50–150 g: US$8.95
- 150–300 g: US$12.95
- 300–450 g: US$15.95
- 450–600 g: US$18.95
- 600–750 g: US$21.95
- 750–900 g: US$23.95
- 900–1,050 g: US$25.95
- 1,050–1,200 g: US$27.95
- 1,200–1,350 g: US$28.95
- 1,350–1,500 g: US$29.95

For orders heavier than 1,500 g, please contact support@cindvd.com before ordering.

4. Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries and regions: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States. If your country is not listed, we are unable to ship there at this time.

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
United States: import duties and taxes are prepaid by us, so no additional import charges should be collected on delivery.
All other countries: import duties, taxes (such as VAT/GST) and customs fees are not included in our prices or shipping cost. They are paid by the recipient according to the customs rules of the destination country (except as stated in our Refund Policy).
In many countries, low-value parcels (often around US$100 or less) may be exempt from import duties, but thresholds and VAT/GST rules vary by country and can change. Please check with your country's customs office for details before ordering.

6. Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
