1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Korean national holidays) after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard International Shipping: 7 – 14 business days
- Express International Shipping: 3 – 7 business days

3. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and custom charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
